I am committed to reducing waste and delighted that all my packaging is 100% recyclable.
I use cardboard mailing boxes sealed with paper tape for all my posted orders. I currently use Tesa Paper Packing Tape made from recycled materials which also claims to be "made of unbleached paper with a high content of recycled fibres, It also features a solvent-free adhesive free from any toxic chemicals."
All of the outer packaging is completely paper based and 100% recyclable.
The jewellery itself comes in my branded boxes. These are luxurious gift boxes (recyclable if you wish, but I rather hope you'll keep them!) the only part that is not plastic free is the foam liner inside the gift box. I'm always on the lookout for an alternative and have asked my suppliers to ditch the plastic but this one is still a work in progress.
I always choose business cards and any other printed items that are also 100% recyclable and make sure to avoid waste across my business wherever possible.
