Silver Jewellery Care Guide

Sterling silver naturally dulls and turns brown then black as it oxidises over time. The oxidation is can be removed using a silver polishing cloth. 

Pieces the have an oxidised finish applied as part of the design should not be treated with any cleaning solutions such as silver dip, this will remove the finished patina. Oxidised pieces will fade over time and can be cleaned gently with a silver polishing cloth.

Keep your jewellery looking its best by wearing it often and storing in a pouch or box when not worn. Remove before bathing. Some perfumes and cosmetics can cause silver to tarnish more quickly.
