Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom or personalised orders

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale items.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective.
